After keep pushing the shipping company, we finally got a list of tracking number shows that which packages will be returned to China. To avoid longer waiting, we will arrange re-ship order for you, but it may take a few days to restock and collect items which you ordered. Your order will be showed as "Collecting" in 24 hours.
A new tracking number would be generated under your current order as soon as it leaves our warehouse to the shipping agent.
For all these affected orders, a gift will also be added into the package.
If you do not feel like waiting for the package, please kindly send an email to email@example.com within 48 hours for cancellation and refund.
Hope you understand that this is the problem caused by shipping company and German customs which is out of our direct control. We have been positive to keep you informed on our homepage and our Facebook group. Not sure if you aware, we are also suffering the lost from this shipping as we only got the list of order number which will be returned but not received the packages yet. We ended up reshipping your order before we get the packages back because we think highly of your support and appreciate your patience.
We will resume German Express Shipping method only after issues are handled by the shipping company.
