1,Focalecig.com's Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the Focalecig.com website.
2,All products can be requested for Return Merchandise Authorization within warranty of return.
3,All returns must require a Return Merchandise Authorization. Contact us to request RMA and get Authorization. ( E-mail: service@Focalecig.com )
Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
4,Any product not purchased from Focalecig.com
5,Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
6,Any product that exhibits physical damage

Focalecig is having holiday between Jan. 20th and Feb. 6th to celebrate the 2017 Chinese New Year.
During this period, orders placed on China warehouse items will not be processed.
